Lisle Textile specializes in custom apparel manufacturing, private label production, and bulk garment services for brands, startups, wholesalers, and individual clients worldwide. These terms are designed to ensure clear communication, smooth operations, and mutual understanding between both parties.

1. Nature of Services

Lisle Textile operates as a custom manufacturing company. All products are made-to-order based on client-provided specifications, including designs, fabrics, measurements, branding details, and quantity requirements.

Since every order is uniquely developed for each client, minor variations in production, color, texture, or finishing may occur due to the nature of textile manufacturing processes.

2. Order Process

Orders are confirmed only after final approval from the client regarding design, specifications, pricing, and production details. Once an order is confirmed, we proceed with sourcing materials and production.

After confirmation, any changes requested by the client may result in additional costs or production delays, depending on the stage of manufacturing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided information, including artwork, sizing, and branding details, is accurate before approval.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are provided based on product specifications, quantity, and customization requirements. Pricing may vary depending on fabric selection, design complexity, and order volume.

We accept payments through bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other mutually agreed methods. Production will only begin once the agreed payment terms are fulfilled.

Lisle Textile reserves the right to pause or cancel production if payment obligations are not met according to agreed terms.

4. Production Timeline

Production timelines vary depending on order size, complexity, and material availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at the quotation stage, but these timelines are approximate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as material delays, customs clearance, or logistics issues.

We always aim to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe but do not guarantee exact delivery dates in all cases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, and sea freight services.

Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, Lisle Textile is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier operations, or international regulations. However, we provide full tracking support and assistance in case of shipping issues.

Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property & Client Designs

All designs, logos, tech packs, sketches, and creative materials provided by the client remain the exclusive property of the client.

Lisle Textile does not claim ownership of client designs and does not reuse, reproduce, or share them with any third party. Each design is treated as strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of fulfilling the client’s order.

We maintain full respect for intellectual property rights and ensure confidentiality across all production stages.

7. Confidentiality

Lisle Textile is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client-related information. Any business details, designs, communication, and production data shared with us remain private and are not disclosed to any third party.

We do not share client information, designs, or production files with other customers or external parties under any circumstances.

8. Quality Assurance

We follow strict quality control procedures at every stage of production, including fabric inspection, stitching, printing, embroidery, and final packaging.

While we ensure high production standards, minor variations in color or finishing may occur due to the nature of bulk textile manufacturing and are considered acceptable industry standards.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Once production is started, cancellations are not possible due to material sourcing and manufacturing costs already incurred.

Any modifications requested after confirmation may be subject to additional charges and production delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lisle Textile is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, delays in shipping, or unforeseen production issues beyond our control.

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the confirmed order.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, labor issues, transport disruptions, or global supply chain interruptions.

12. Website Use
