Lisle Textile specializes in custom apparel manufacturing and private label production. Therefore, shipping timelines may vary depending on order size, customization requirements, and production stages.


1. Order Processing Time

We begin processing each order only after final confirmation from the client. First, we verify all order details, including design, specifications, and payment confirmation. After that, we move the order into the production phase.

Because all products are made to order, processing time depends on fabric availability, design complexity, and order quantity. However, we always aim to start production as quickly as possible after confirmation.


2. Production Time

Production time varies from order to order. Small sample orders may take less time, while bulk production orders require a longer timeline due to multiple manufacturing stages such as fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, and quality inspection.

We always provide an estimated production timeline at the quotation stage. However, these timelines remain approximate and may change due to workload, material delays, or other operational factors.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that clients place orders in advance for time-sensitive projects.


3. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide using trusted international logistics partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Our main shipping methods include:

  • UPS
  • Air Freight Services
  • Sea Freight Services

We select the shipping method based on order size, urgency, and client preference. Express courier services are generally used for smaller shipments, while bulk orders are often shipped via air or sea freight to reduce cost.


4. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the selected courier and destination country. Express shipments through DHL, FedEx, or UPS typically take a few business days after dispatch, while air freight and sea freight shipments may take longer depending on logistics schedules and customs clearance.

Although we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or international logistics disruptions. Therefore, delivery timelines cannot always be guaranteed.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination, and shipping method selected for each order. We provide shipping cost estimates during the quotation process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipping charges are paid by the client. Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country are also the responsibility of the client.

In case of any tracking issues, we assist you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Therefore, the client is fully responsible for paying any applicable customs fees required by local authorities.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we assist the client in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

We always ensure proper packaging before dispatch to minimize risks during transportation. However, responsibility during transit lies with the courier service once the order has been shipped.


10. Address Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at the time of order placement. This includes full name, address, phone number, and any special delivery instructions.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the client.


11. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
