Lisle Textile specializes in custom apparel manufacturing, private label production, and bulk garment orders for brands, businesses, and individual clients worldwide. Because our products are custom-made according to each client’s specific requirements, our refund and return policy is designed to reflect the nature of made-to-order production.

By placing an order with Lisle Textile, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.


1. Custom Order Policy (No Standard Returns)

All products manufactured by Lisle Textile are made-to-order based on client-approved specifications, including designs, fabric selection, sizing, colors, logos, and branding details. Due to the custom nature of production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective custom-made items once production has started or an order has been completed.

Each product is uniquely manufactured for the client’s brand, which makes it impossible to resell or restock items in standard retail conditions.


2. Order Confirmation & Approval Responsibility

Before production begins, we provide clients with all necessary confirmations such as design approvals, size details, artwork, and specifications. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details before production.

Once approval is given, Lisle Textile proceeds with manufacturing based strictly on the confirmed specifications. Any errors, misunderstandings, or changes requested after approval may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


3. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Although most orders are non-refundable due to their custom nature, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or correction in the following situations:

  • Manufacturing defects or damage caused during production
  • Incorrect product delivered that does not match approved specifications
  • Significant deviation from agreed design, fabric, or sizing details
  • Missing items or production errors confirmed by our quality team

In such cases, the client must notify us within a reasonable time after receiving the order and provide clear evidence such as photos or videos for review.


4. Quality Assurance Process

At Lisle Textile, every order goes through a quality control process before shipping. We carefully inspect garments to ensure they meet the approved specifications, including stitching quality, fabric standards, printing, embroidery, and overall finishing.

However, minor variations in color, stitching, or texture may occur due to the nature of textile production and are considered acceptable industry standards, not defects.


5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before the production process begins. Once fabric sourcing, sampling, or production has started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the costs already incurred in materials and labor.

If a cancellation is approved at an early stage, any refund issued will be subject to deduction of administrative, design, or processing costs.


6. Shipping Issues

Once orders are shipped, Lisle Textile is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or international shipping regulations. However, we provide full support in tracking and resolving shipping-related issues with logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or sea freight services.

If a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist the client in filing claims with the shipping provider where applicable.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, customization, and production standards, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed garments
  • Private label products
  • Bulk manufactured orders
  • Sample pieces approved and produced as per client specifications
  • Any item produced based on client-approved artwork or designs

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate design files, size specifications, color references, and order instructions. Lisle Textile is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

We strongly recommend that clients carefully review all samples, mockups, and production details before final approval.


9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute related to product quality or order fulfillment, we encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter professionally. We aim to handle all issues fairly through communication, evidence review, and mutual agreement.


10. Policy Updates

Lisle Textile reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
